These terms explain how Sterile Exam Prep works for visitors, account holders, and people who purchase a study plan.
1. Operator and scope
SterileExamPrep.com is an independent online CRCST study service operated by Winnie Zou, based in the United States.
These terms apply to the website, free practice questions, registered accounts, paid study access, explanations, progress information, and related features. By using the site or creating an account after these terms are presented, you agree to these terms. A paid purchase is also subject to the product details shown before payment.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You may browse public pages and try the homepage practice questions without purchasing a plan. Some features require an account. When you register, provide an email address you control and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law, and you should report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Accounts and paid access are intended for one learner and may not be sold, transferred, or shared. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your location to create an account or purchase access.
3. Educational purpose
The service provides practice questions and study feedback for people preparing for the Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) examination. It is an additional study resource, not an official exam, certification course, or substitute for the current materials and requirements published by HSPA.
Sterile Exam Prep is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by HSPA. Practice questions are educational material, not actual or confidential exam questions. Scores, progress reports, and study suggestions are estimates for learning; they do not guarantee an exam result, certification, employment, or any other outcome.
4. Free and paid features
The homepage currently offers 15 free practice questions. Paid plans are intended to provide access to the question bank, domain practice, answer explanations, focused review, and progress analysis for the selected period. The exact features, price, and access length displayed on the plan page and at checkout describe the product being offered at the time of purchase.
Features described as planned or in development are not part of a purchase unless they are expressly included in the product description at checkout. We may correct or update study content as exam guidance and the service evolve.
5. Prices and payment
The site currently presents 14-day, 60-day, and 120-day plans as one-time purchases. They are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. Review the final amount, currency, and any applicable taxes or charges on the hosted checkout page before paying.
Checkout is handled by Waffo Pancake when that payment option is available. Its hosted checkout and applicable terms and privacy notice govern its payment processing. Sterile Exam Prep does not ask you to submit payment card details on its own pages.
Before starting checkout, we provide links to these terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Completing a purchase indicates acceptance of the policies presented to you before payment, subject to applicable law.
6. Access period and delivery
Paid access is activated after a successful payment is confirmed. If the account does not already have active paid access, the selected 14-, 60-, or 120-day period begins when payment succeeds. If the account already has active paid access, the new period begins after the account's current latest expiration date, so the purchased days are added rather than overlapping the remaining access. Paid access ends automatically; no cancellation is needed to prevent another charge. You may need to be signed in to the account used for purchase to use paid features.
If you have paid but access does not appear, contact sterileexamprep@outlook.com with your purchase reference so the transaction can be checked.
7. Refunds and cancellation
Because plans do not renew, stopping use does not trigger a future charge. Stopping use or closing an account does not itself submit a refund request. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains eligibility, how to request a refund, and how approved refunds are processed.
When a full refund is completed, paid access tied to that purchase ends. Nothing in these terms or the refund policy takes away a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Content and permitted use
The site design, software, practice questions, explanations, graphics, and other original content belong to Sterile Exam Prep or its licensors, subject to any third-party rights. A plan gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the included content for your own study during the access period. It does not transfer ownership of the content.
You may make personal study notes. Without permission, you may not republish, sell, redistribute, systematically copy, scrape, or use the question bank to build another product. You may not share an account or bypass access controls.
9. Responsible use
Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, automate bulk extraction, impersonate another person, or use the site to obtain or distribute actual confidential exam material. Do not claim that Sterile Exam Prep content is official HSPA content.
We may take reasonable steps to protect accounts, users, and content when misuse or a security issue is suspected. Those steps may include restricting access while we investigate. Refund and other rights required by applicable law continue to apply.
10. Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy describes how account, practice, and purchase information is handled.
The site may link to HSPA and other independent websites or use third-party services for authentication, hosting, and payment. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you use them. A link does not mean that the third party endorses Sterile Exam Prep.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but maintenance, provider issues, security work, or corrections may temporarily interrupt access. We may update questions and improve features. If a material part of a paid product cannot be delivered as described, contact support so it can be investigated and an appropriate remedy provided where required.
We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach of these terms, fraud, or a security risk, and may revoke access linked to a refunded or reversed payment. We will provide notice where practical and lawful.
12. Legal rights and disputes
The service is provided for educational use. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular score, or exam success. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sterile Exam Prep is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, warranty, duty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If you have a concern about a purchase or the service, contact sterileexamprep@outlook.com. We will try to resolve it directly. These terms will not prevent you from using a court, regulator, or consumer process available to you under mandatory law.
13. Updates and contact
If these terms later change materially, we will update the effective date or version, post the revised version, and provide additional notice where required by law. A change will not retroactively remove a right that has already accrued under a completed purchase where the law protects it.
